Position: TCU Program Manager
Shift: Full-time
IF you are seeking a fun, creative, and team oriented atmosphere, our 40 bed Transitional Care Unit offers excellent care to elders as they transition from a higher level of care back to the community. We are seeking a knowledgeable and innovative experienced registered nurse to continue to develop the systems and clinical programs we offer. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of successful nursing home management experience and technical skills including as IV, wound care and pain management.

Position: Dietitian
Shift: Full-time, 72 hours per two week pay period
We are seeking a Registered Dietician, licensed in MN, for our 137 bed facility which includes a 40 bed Transitional Care Unit. Ideal candidate will be a licensed RD with at least 2 years of long term care experience. Must have knowledge of nursing home dietary rules and regulations. Responsibilities include completing MDS’s, RAP’s, creating/updating care plans, and working within the dietary department as a team member to ensure quality nutritional services.

Position: Campus Director of Marketing and Public Relations
Shift: Full-time
We are seeking a creative and motivated Campus Director of Marketing and Public relations for our growing campus. Candidates should have at least three years of marketing and public relations experience, and familiarity with web development and desktop publishing.

Shift: Full-time, with every sixth weekend rotation
Martin Luther Manor is seeking a Registered Nurse with excellent communication and organizing skills to manage facility-wide quality development, staff education and infection control. Long term care management experience required.

Shift: Full-time, flexible hours
Duties include scheduling, assisting with deep cleans on the Transitional Care Unit, performing cleanliness audits, and ensuring the housekeeping department runs smoothly. This is a hands-on position.
