Martin Luther Campus now offers memory care at Meadow Woods, an assisted living setting. Meadow Song Memory Care Community brings life and expertise together in a secured, engaging environment. This close-knit community has only 14 apartments so we get to know each other well and enjoy all the benefits of friendship and activity. Spacious private apartments filled with familiar belongings offer all the comforts of home, but one step outside the apartment offers everything from a favorite hobby, to a visit with friends, a movie, chapel, exercise class, or baking cookies.

Prairie Spirit, our care center's memory care neighborhood, provides a safe secure environment where residents with memory loss can be engaged in therapeutic and social activities while meeting their long-term health needs. Here, too, resident rooms may be decorated with furnishings and familiar items from home.

Eagle Crest, Fox Crossing, and Prairies Spirit are set against the beautiful backdrop of the Minnesota River Valley. Shaded lawns and flowering courtyards provide appealing areas for visitors and residents. Deer, wild turkeys, birds and other critters also enjoy our natural setting.
